The Mountain Point Snorkeling Adventure

Immerse yourself in a unique snorkeling adventure at Mountain Point, Southeast Alaska’s premier snorkeling destination. The water in this intertidal zone reaches a warm 65 degrees in the summer, and we’ll provide you with a state-of-the-art wetsuit to ensure you’re comfortable during the tour. From shallow tide pools to steep underwater rock walls, your Professional Association of Diving Instructors-certified guides will ensure your safety as you learn, explore, and adventure with us.

What to Expect

1. Welcome to Ketchikan: Step one is simply to arrive in our beloved Ketchikan, ready to snorkel. As soon as you dock, we extend our warm welcome and will take it from there!

2. Roundtrip Transportation: We’ll meet you in downtown Ketchikan at our meetup location (within easy walking distance from most cruise ships) and drop you back off after your tour.

3. Get Geared Up: Time to put on your snorkel gear! We’ll provide all necessary gear as part of our service and assist you if needed. All gear is thoroughly sanitized after every dive.

4. Ready to Snorkel: You’re almost there! We’ll give you complete instruction regarding safety and what to expect during your snorkel adventure as we prepare to begin the tour.

6. Hot Showers & Hot Chocolate: After your dive, enjoy a hot outdoor shower and reminisce about your underwater adventure over a cup of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, on us.
