Mountain Point is Ketchikan's premier snorkeling destination. The site has shallow tide pools teaming with marine life and steep underwater rock walls for freediving all just 5 miles from town. Because we are on the Inside Passage there are no waves to worry about. Our shop is conveniently located 1 mile from Mountain Point. That's where you will change into your wetsuit in the comfort of our heated changing rooms. We also provide dry bags and secure storage for all your belongings while snorkeling.

Your guides are all highly trained PADI professionals with Rescue Diver, Divemaster or SCUBA Instructor certifications. A Snorkel Alaska tour guide has received the Princess Cruises Tour Guide of the Year Award seven out of eleven seasons. We provide the best equipment from top end 7mm wetsuits to SCUBAPRO's Twin Jet Fins. We even have prescription masks for those of you who wear eyeglasses.
